This is an in-office role but additionally, you may travel (COVID permitting) with the commercial team to showcase the product to customers, providing technical support and keeping everything running smoothly when out on the road.

  • Be the gatekeeper for users, rigorously challenging functionality, bug fixes and new releases.
  • Comfortable interacting with our customers who may have bugs or issues in a positive, constructive manner.
  • Support the team with demos both onsite and offsite in conferences and with customers globally (COVID dependant).
  • Technologies & skills

  • 2+ years commercial working experience as a software QA Engineer

  • Basic IT experience e.g. editing configurations, collecting logs, etc.
